Traffic snarls after crash in construction zone in Ogden

OGDEN, UT – A collision was reported outside Ogden High School before 7:30 a.m. Tuesday. 

According to KSL Traffic, the crash happened at the intersection of northbound Harrison Boulevard and 28th St., a current construction zone. 

Officials did not specify the contributing factors of the collision nor how many vehicles and people were involved. The right lane on the northbound lane, leading to eastbound 28th St., was blocked, as indicated in the tweet. Orange barrels were placed, limiting roads. 

As seen in the source’s photo, lines of vehicles lined up, causing major backup.
