Colby was born and raised in the Southwest, but primarily in Arizona. He is the oldest of three boys. Throughout his life, when faced with a choice and path forward, he has leaned into traveling on the hard road. In High school, he joined the wrestling team. If you were able to beat the person in your weight class and didn’t quit after the grueling practices, you were in. In college and beyond, he played men’s league rugby and continued challenging himself in many more areas of his life. Colby has taken that same respect for fairness and dedication to hard work and has used that to successfully represent injured individuals fighting billion-dollar insurance companies for the compensation they deserve.

After high school, Colby went to Northern Arizona University for his undergraduate studies where he obtained a degree in Business, Marketing. Before deciding to pursue a degree in Law, he was the operations manager of his division at one of the largest trucking companies in the United States. Upon completing Law school at Phoenix School of Law, Colby worked for the largest insurance carrier in the country at their national headquarters for Commercial Claims. Colby uses his unique background in Insurance and Trucking to help his clients navigate the complex nature of trucking accidents and commercial insurance claims to hold the drivers and their companies accountable for their actions that caused his clients and their loved ones harm.

Colby has been practicing law for 9 years and he has been recognized each year from 2019 to 2022 by his peers as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, which recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state.

When he is not helping his clients, he enjoys listening to history and comedy podcasts while he works to discover new flavors or methods in the kitchen or on the grill. Colby has a wife and young daughter and strives to spend as much time with them as possible. They enjoy traveling, hiking, swimming, walking, going to the zoo, or just relaxing and watching movies at home.
