Man critically hurt in West Valley City crash with UTA shuttle 

WEST VALLEY CITY, UT – A man in his early 20s sustained critical, life-threatening injuries after he collided with a white Utah Transportation Authority shuttle while riding his motorcycle. 

This serious crash happened at the 2320 South and South Redwood Road intersection before 2:30 p.m. Friday, according to ABC 4. Officials have not indicated the exact cause of this wreck, but they did say that the motorcyclist did not wear a helmet at the time of the crash. 

As seen in the photo, the motorcycle sustained significant damage as it went under the shuttle, while the white bus sustained moderate front-end damage. 

It is not exactly clear who was liable for the crash. Updates will be posted when they become available.
