SALT LAKE CITY, UT – A man was sleeping on the floor of a parking garage near 549 W 200 South when he was fatally struck by a vehicle around 5:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Gephardt Daily said that when the garage door opened, that’s when the man was hit by a driver unintentionally.
The man who did sleep on the floor was taken to a hospital, where he later succumbed to fatal injuries.
The driver appeared to have been unharmed and remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
