SALT LAKE CITY, UT – Impairment was a contributing factor as to why one man was driving the wrong-way Wednesday, KSL reported.
The incident took place around 4 a.m. in the area of I-80 and 700 East, where officials also found the driver, 53-year-old Robert Glenn Branson, doing ‘doughnuts’ on the freeway.
Miraculously no one was hurt in the process.
Branson was arrested for refusing a sobriety test, intervening with an arrest, dangerous driving, possession, and driving the wrong way while under the influence.
