TAYLORSVILLE, UT – Due to a slick road, a driver lost control of their vehicle and crashed into a Utah State Trooper’s car Thursday.
The collision occurred around 5 a.m. on I-215 South near Redwood Road, according to a DPS press release.
A Trooper was not inside of his car at the time of the crash. He was investigating a separate crash on the road’s left shoulder, and a car in passing struck his vehicle. As a result, he was not injured.
Taylorsville Police are investigating Thursday’s crash.
