1 hospitalized after St. George T-bone crash at Red Cliffs, Mall Dr.

ST. GEORGE, UT – One person was sent to the hospital after a T-bone collision at the Red Cliffs Drive and Mall Drive intersection before 1 p.m. Saturday.

According to St. George News, a driver of a black four-door Audi (heading northeast on Red Cliffs Drive) had T-boned a dark gray Nissan Titan pickup truck. Officials said the Nissan driver was turning left at the junction amid alleged yellow lights.

As indicated in the source’s photos, the Audi had significant front-end damage, and the Nissan sustained damage to the passenger side.

St. George Police are continuing to investigate additional details. They have not officially cited or charged either driver yet. However, they did indicate that a failure to yield citation could follow.

The drivers were the sole occupants of their vehicles, one of whom was sent to St. George Regional Hospital for unspecified injuries.

Additional details will be provided should they become available.
