Woman, 74, hospitalized after crash in Salt Lake City’s Sugar House neighborhood

SALT LAKE CITY, UT – A woman was critically injured after a car-pedestrian crash in Salt Lake City’s Sugar House district Monday. 

The collision occurred along the 2130 block of S. 900 East before 11 a.m., KSL reported. 

The driver made a turn and hit the woman crossing a street. 

The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the police. 

The pedestrian was taken to a hospital where she remains in critical condition. Police have not revealed the name of this 74-year-old woman.
