Woman, 42, killed in rollover crash on I-15 in Provo

PROVO, UT – A single-vehicle crash on I-15 claimed a 42-year-old woman’s life Wednesday, KSL revealed.

The crash took place on the southbound off-ramp along Center Street before 2:30 a.m. The driver, Patasha Adams, missed a turn, which then led her car into a barrier and into an embankment.

The driver was not wearing a seatbelt, which could have been why the impact led her to be thrown from her car.

Adams succumbed to fatal injuries.

The ramp closed after 2:30 a.m. and reopened around 5:45 p.m.
