TREMONTON, UT – A 73-year-old woman lost her life to a rollover crash that occurred on I-15 South before 10 p.m. Thursday, Gephardt Daily reported.

The driver made a sudden right turn, which caused her car to swerve off the road and go down an embankment. It overturned several times and then struck a fence and an irrigation ditch.

Troopers said the unidentified woman did wear a seatbelt, causing her to be partially thrown from her car. She succumbed to fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
