WASHINGTON COUNTY, UT – A side-swipe crash involving a car and a semi-truck injured four people Wednesday.
The collision occurred on State Route 18 around 11 a.m., according to St. George News. The driver of the southbound car lost control of the vehicle, which caused the driver to side-swipe the semi-truck.
The driver of the car and semi-truck were hurt.
A passenger from the car was airlifted to a hospital, and another was taken to a hospital for critical, life-threatening injuries.
