Snow, ice causes two-vehicle crash on I-15 South in Provo

PROVO, UT – Icy and snow-covered roads contributed to an early morning crash on I-15 South Friday. 

The collision occurred around 6 a.m., according to a tweet from KSL

Little information is known about the collision. However, based on camera footage from the source, it appears two vehicles were involved. 

The impact appeared to have led to one vehicle facing sideways in center lanes and another car facing backward. 

Officials have not indicated if the drivers and occupants in the vehicles were hurt.
