CLEARFIELD, UT – Heavy rain was a possible factor in a crash that happened on northbound I-15 along 650 North in Clearfield Thursday afternoon.
As indicated in a tweet from KSL Traffic, the collision blocked the HOV lane and left shoulder. Due to reduced visibility, drivers were advised to proceed with caution.
