MILCREEK, UT – First responders were called to the scene of a fatal pedestrian accident in Millcreek on Sunday morning.
According to KSL, the victim walked onto the interstate near 3800 South at about 12:38 a.m. and was hit by an oncoming vehicle.
The unidentified pedestrian suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene a short time later.
Authorities are currently conducting an investigation to determine the reason for the man’s presence on the interstate and the factors that led to the deadly crash.
