One dead, one seriously hurt in single truck rollover crash in Kane County

KANE COUNTY, UT – One was seriously injured, and one was left dead after a single pickup truck overturned on US Route 89 in Kane County Monday, Sept. 20. 

For reasons unknown, a white Dodge ram pickup truck traveled off course and then flipped over, St George News reported. The driver, a 38-year-old adult, was thrown from the vehicle. Later, the driver succumbed to their injuries and was pronounced dead. 

The passenger, a 48-year-old adult, was seriously injured but is expected to survive. 

It is unclear if the driver was impaired.
