One dead, one injured following T-Bone crash on Hwy 193 in Layton

LAYTON, UT – A 50-year-old woman was hospitalized, and a 75-year-old man was left dead in an SUV versus pickup truck crash in Layton Thursday. 

The collision occurred on Highway 193 close to Ft. Lane, FOX 13 Now reported. Police described the accident as a T-bone incident between the pickup truck and SUV and said another vehicle was involved. 

The driver of the other vehicle was unharmed. However, the SUV driver, the 50-year-old woman, sustained non-life-threatening injuries. 

The pickup truck driver, the 75-year-old man, succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
