One dead following West Valley City crash on UT-85

WEST VALLEY CITY, UT – Some were injured, and one life was claimed in a three-vehicle collision Thursday afternoon. 

The crash happened at 4100 S. Mountain View Corridor, KSL TV reported. 

Some sustained non-life-threatening injuries. However, it is unclear how many were involved in the crash and what the contributing factors were. 

Officials have not revealed the victim’s name, identity, and gender. 

The northbound lanes of Mountain View Corridor are closed. Drivers are advised to seek alternative routes.
