GRAND COUNTY, UT – First responders are on the scene of a collision that took place on southbound U.S. 191 at milepost 142, 13 miles north of Moab, early Thursday.
UDOT Traffic first reported this crash at 12:50 a.m. and indicated that the scene should clear by 3 a.m.
