No one hurt in semi-truck, pickup crash near New Harmony

NEAR NEW HARMONY, UT – No injuries were reported when a driver of an SUV with a trailer with an attached pickup truck lost control of the vehicle and was hit by a semi-truck on I-15 South, causing it to overturn.

This collision happened at milepost 36 before 2 p.m. Saturday, according to St. George News. Officials said that the trailer of the dark gray Lincoln Navigator SUV started drifting and lost control. As a result, the trailer flipped, and the truck overturned upside down. Moments later, the semi-truck came and hit the overturned trailer and truck.

The southbound lanes were blocked as a result of the wreck but reopened later Saturday.
