No injuries reported in Cedar City semi-truck crashes on I-15

CEDAR CITY, UT – Utah Highway Patrol responded to at least 12 semi-trailers and three car crashes on Tuesday. 

The collisions took place on I-15 between 12:30 to 1 p.m., St. George News reported. 

It appears that snowy and icy conditions could have been contributing factors to the crashes. 

Among the crashes included a semi-truck that jackknifed on I-15 near mile marker 42. 

No injuries were reported.
