Motorcyclist killed after striking Porsche along Mountain Green

MORGAN COUNTY, UT – A 39-year-old man lost his life after he crashed his motorcycle into a Porsche on I-84 along Mountain Green after 7 p.m. Saturday, KSL revealed.

Utah Highway Patrol’s preliminary report showed that the motorcyclist – Travis Reed of Washington Terrace – could not stay in his lane as he approached a curve. As a result, he swerved out of the road and struck a Porsche. Reed was then thrown from his bike and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Troopers closed the west and eastbound lanes for investigation. They initiated an investigation and have not shared additional details at this time.
