Man, six-year-old child hurt in Utah County crash

UTAH COUNTY, UT – A man and a six-year-old child, were hospitalized after a single-vehicle crash in the area of SR-92 on Friday, Dec. 30. 

According to KSL TV, for reasons unknown, a driver of a Volkswagen Atlas lost control of the vehicle and traveled off course before crashing into a barrier and landing on its side. 

The child and driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries. 

Both directions of SR-92 closed; however, all travel lanes have reopened.
