Man hurt in truck rollover crash near Utah Port of Entry 

ST. GEORGE, UT – A man sustained minor injuries after his black Chevrolet Silverado rolled over on I-15 near the Utah Port of Entry around 5 p.m. Sunday.

St. George News said that the unidentified man from Salt Lake City had experienced a medical episode, leading him to lose consciousness and crash his truck. Fortunately, he was able to walk away with minor wounds and did not need to be treated at a hospital.  

Since this happened near the Utah and Arizona state lines, the Arizona Highway Patrol, Utah Highway Patrol, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, the St. George Fire Department, and Beaver Dam-Littlefield EMS all responded to this collision.
