Man dead after getting struck by semi-truck on US Hwy 91 outside Moab

GRAND COUNTY, UT – A driver of a pickup truck was left dead after getting hit by a semi-truck on US Highway 191 Saturday, Sept. 3. 

The collision happened before 2:30 am outside Moab, FOX 13 Now reported. The driver of the pickup truck, who had a trailer connected to his truck, attempted to make a U-turn and was immediately struck by a semi-truck. 

The semi-truck driver was unharmed. However, the pickup truck driver succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
