Man, 68, killed in four-vehicle crash near Heber City

HEBER CITY, UT – As of Wednesday, officials have released more information regarding Tuesday’s four-vehicle crash

According to ABC 4, the collision happened before 11 a.m. on the eastbound lanes of US-40 along SR-32.

A driver of a white Ford F-150 lost consciousness at a red light and collided head-on with a westbound Dodge Ram.

The driver of the Dodge Ram was waiting to go through traffic lights when it happened. The incident created a “domino effect” where the Dodge Ram collided with a black BMW, and the BMV crashed into another truck at the light.

Officials speculated that the driver of the F-150 could have been experiencing a medical episode. They did not release the name of the F-150 but did reveal the 68-year-old man succumbed to fatal injuries.
