Man, 37, hurt in Salt Lake City shooting, road rage episode

SALT LAKE CITY, UT – One man was hospitalized after a road rage episode led to a shooting Wednesday. 

Salt Lake City Police were dispatched to the incident – in the area of 1967 S. 300 West – around 6:30 p.m., Gephardt Daily reported. 

The exact details of the shooting and road rage occurrence were not released. Upon arrival, first responders aided the unidentified 37-year-old man, who was then taken to a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. 

This road rage incident is not in correlation with a road rage matter, also under investigation, that happened Tuesday in the area of 800 S West Temple Street.
