Juvenile hospitalized after being hit by truck in Springville

SPRINGVILLE, UT – A high school student was rusehd to the hospital this morning after she was struck by a pickup truck in Springville.

According to a report by KSL, the teen was walking to Springville High School when she was hit in the 620 block of South Canyon Road, near E 400 Street.

The unidentified victim was taken to an area hospital with unspecified injuries.

The driver of the pickup remained at the scene and cooperated with police. It is unclear at this time if that individual will be charged.
