OGDEN, UT – A collision at the southbound I-15 and 31st Street interchange was blocking an HOV lane and left shoulder after a crash that occurred before 7 a.m. Tuesday.
Following the crash, traffic delays could be seen towards the I-84 interchange and 24th Street, KSL Traffic revealed.
