Head-on collision in Uintah leaves 1 injured

UINTAH, UT – One person was hospitalized following a head-on collision near Hill Airforce Base on Sunday.

According to KJZZ, the crash took place in the 2400 block of East 6600 South, near the US-69 overpass.

Firefighters with Weber Fire District safely pulled both drivers from their vehicles. One of the drivers was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.

The events leading up to the crash are unclear at this time. Should more information come to light, this blog will be updated.
