Fries spill on I-15 in Provo after semi-truck rollover crash

PROVO, UT – A semi-truck driver sustained minor injuries, and thousands of french fries fell from the truck after a rollover crash on I-15 near 1460 North Sunday.

FOX 13 Now said the force of the collision caused the truck to go around a light pole and debris to also spill on the road.

First responders used a “Bobcat” style skid loader to remove the fries. Officials shut down the northbound lanes for several hours and reopened them by 7:15 p.m.

All travel lanes were open, but delays still lingered until 9:45 p.m.
