Dump truck driver fatally hits 17-year-old girl on bike in Tremonton 

TREMONTON, UT – A 17-year-old girl lost her life when she was hit by a garbage truck on the 1500 block of West Main Street around 6 a.m. Wednesday. 

According to The Salt Lake Tribune, the driver of the dump truck left a business parking lot when they hit the girl who was cycling on a sidewalk. 

The driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators.
