LAYTON, UT – A collision was reported at the intersection of southbound I-15 and North Hill Field Road around 10 a.m. Tuesday.
The crash blocked three right lanes and the right shoulder, according to KSL Traffic. Only two left lanes were open. At the time of reporting, traffic delays were seen for five miles toward 650 North in Clearfield.
