2 women, 1 child injured in side-swipe crash near Green Springs Drive in Washington City

WASHINGTON CITY, UT – A hit-and-run crash was reported on I-15 South near Green Springs Drive around 5:15 p.m. Monday. 

According to St. George News, a car was driving at a high rate to pass a 199 Nissan Altima. The driver ended up sideswiping the Nissan Altima. 

The Nissan Altima driver lost control of the vehicle, and it spun multiple times before it collided with a barrier. 

The Nissan came to a halt on the I-15 off-ramp. Two women and a child sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
