WEST JORDAN, UT – Two 16-year-old teenagers lost their lives when they crashed their Jaguar into a parked flatbed trailer in the area of 7000 South near 5250 West Sunday.
This collision occurred before 2 a.m., according to Gephardt Daily. West Jordan officers said the trailer was parked legally on the shoulder. They speculated that the driver of the Jaguar was speeding, which prompted the crash.
It appears no one was inside the trailer at the time of the collision. One 16-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene, while another was hospitalized and later succumbed to fatal injuries.
