1 killed, 2 teens injured in rollover collision in Kanarraville

KANARRAVILLE, UT – Two teenagers sustained minor injuries and a 19-year-old man lost his life in a rollover crash on a dirt road around 11 p.m. Sunday.

According to KSL, the driver of a 1999 Ford F-150 pickup truck lost control of the vehicle and failed to negotiate a curve.

The force of the collision caused the truck to roll over, and the 19-year-old man was ejected from the vehicle. The two teens were treated at the scene for their injuries.

First responders pronounced the 19-year-old man dead at the scene. His name has not yet been released pending notification of next of kin.

Impairment did not play a role in this fatal collision, however, officials are speculating that speeding could have been a cause.
