MYTON, UT – A driver of a 1988 beige Ford RV was sent to the hospital after attempting to pass a tractor-trailer on U.S. Highway 40 and colliding with it around 11:45 a.m. Wednesday.
KSLTV said the RV driver tried to pass the tractor-trailer, hauling double empty tanks, when the truck driver was turning right onto 6520 South from the highway. When attempting to pass, the RV driver collided with the truck’s “lead trailer on the right side.”
First responders airlifted the RV driver to a hospital with serious injuries, while the semi-truck driver was unharmed.
