SPANISH FORK, UT – A head-on crash on U.S. 6 left one dead and sent another to the hospital in Red Narrows Monday.
According to KSL News Radio, the driver of a passenger car was traveling west on U.S. 6 when for reasons unclear, the person crossed over into the eastbound lanes and struck a pickup truck head-on.
The driver of the pickup truck was airlifted to a hospital, while the driver of the passenger vehicle suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The westbound and eastbound lanes closed at 4 p.m.
